Panama Canal Cruise - Day 6 - At Sea

Another relaxing day at sea. This evening we were treated to a complimentary dinner at one of the specialty restaurants. We ate at Tamarind - specializing in oriental food. Everything was delicious. Note the length of the silverware.

Our appetizer was Shrimp Tempura Indochine.

My main dish was Soy Crusted Beef Tenderloin with onion rings. 

Susan's main dish was Hoisin-Lime Glazed Sea Bass.

My dessert was Tamarind Chocolate (do you think I'd order anything else?)

Susan's dessert was a Chocolate Almond Fortune Cookie - and it was huge!
