Our first stop was at a church build back in 1885.
The interior was simple but elegant.
This old castle was actually a bicycle rental shop.
Two forms of local transportation. I'd prefer the small one.
On our way to the craft market, I spotted what looked like a small tornado. The locals call it a dust devil and said that they were common there. I've seen dust devils before but never one that was over five hundred feet high and only about a quarter of a mile from us. Scary!
The entrance to the elegant farm where the craft show was held.
A local artisan making the pottery that were for sale. Susan bought one of his bowls.
The dancers greeted us as we entered the outdoor dining area.
We were entertained by a marimba and guitar duo as we ate lunch.
We then went into a small museum / souvenir store.
Susan and her bison friend.
These old doors were Susan's favorite.
The farm home had a nice statue in front.
Then, back on board the Nieuw Amsterdam, we had another complimentary dinner at another specialty restaurant, Canaletto, with Italian style dinners. More yum!
Susan had a salad.
I had their raw salmon salad.
We also shared a Lasagna "appetizer" that could have fed two people as a main dish.
Desserts were Madagascar Chocolate for Susan and Limoncello Creme for me. No pictures of our main courses.
